Description
There is a configuration parameter app.state.config.STT_MODEL but it's not being used. A hard-coded whisper-1 is currently used. This PR makes use of the parameter instead. This is useful when using an OpenAI-compatible endpoint that has different model names, like GroqCloud with whisper-large-v3.
