Changelog Entry

Description

onDestroy in Markdown.svelte was prefixed with $:, causing it to re-run whenever pendingUpdate changed (twice per streaming token) and register a new cleanup callback each time. The callbacks accumulated and were never reclaimed, causing a memory leak during streaming sessions.

Removed the $: prefix so onDestroy registers once at component init, as it should.
