It mirrors the behavior found in other parts of the application (like folder/chat deletion in the sidebar).

Manual Verification Performed

Hover over a message to reveal the action buttons.
Click the trash icon normally; verify that the "Delete message?" confirmation modal appears.
Click "Cancel" to close the modal.
Hold the Shift key and click the trash icon again.
Verify that the message is deleted immediately without the confirmation modal appearing.
Repeat for both user messages and assistant responses.
