Description

This change fixes a Mermaid rendering cleanup issue where temporary DOM nodes (such as d* / i* wrappers) could remain after render errors. We now always clean up Mermaid temporary elements in a finally block, preventing stale node accumulation and reducing the risk of memory/performance issues during repeated failed renders.
