Changelog Entry

Description

replaceTokens runs on the full content string on every streaming update. It always calls replaceOutsideCode (code-fence split + segment array) and 4 regex passes, even when the content has no {{. Template tokens only appear in system prompt templates, not in LLM output, so this work is almost always wasted.

Added one line:

if (!content.includes('{{')) return content;

No array allocation, no regex work. Existing logic is unchanged for content that does have tokens.
