Changelog Entry

Description

parseTokens() runs on every animation frame while streaming, but if no new token arrived since the last parse the content string is identical. It still runs processResponseContent(), replaceTokens(), and marked.lexer() for nothing. This is most noticeable during model pauses mid-stream.

Added a simple cache: compare the processed string against the previous result and return early if they match.
