Only run sentence-boundary detection during streaming when autoPlayback or voice overlay is active.

Changelog Entry

Description

During streaming, every token runs removeAllDetails() and getMessageContentParts() to track sentence boundaries for TTS dispatch. This work is wasted when TTS is not active, which is the default for most users.

Now both TTS tracking blocks in chatCompletionEventHandler are wrapped with a guard that checks responseAutoPlayback or $showCallOverlay before doing any processing. The done block (which handles the final sentence and chat:finish event) is left unchanged since it runs only once.
