Description
When stopping a task via RedisCluster using POST /api/tasks/stop/{task_id}, the operation fails . The previous implementation relied on a pub/sub mechanism that did not properly handle task cancellation, causing tasks to remain active and preventing a reliable stop.
I found that the task cancellation should propagate across nodes, but the pub/sub approach does not guarantee it. Switching to a state-based approach ensures the stop signal is recognized consistently in the cluster.
Fixed #19840
Stop task now works correctly in RedisCluster
Additional Information
Verified the fix works with multi-node RedisCluster
No changes to API response or behavior except fixing the bug
