Changelog Entry

Description

Fixed a TypeError in the Chat Overview tab that occurred when a referenced model was undefined (e.g., deleted or ejected).

Fixed

Resolved Uncaught TypeError: can't access property "id", r().model is undefined in Node.svelte.

Additional Information

The Chat Overview tab would be blank and throw a browser console error if a chat referenced a model that was no longer available. This fix adds safe optional chaining and a fallback to ensure the UI renders even if the model object is missing.
This PR solves https://github.com/open-webui/open-webui/issues/19933.

Screenshots or Videos

Tested manually. The Chat Overview tab now loads correctly without errors even when the model is missing.
