Description

Fixed an issue on the model editing page：usage setting were being unexpectedly cleared or incorrectly overwritten when switching models.

Changed

Refactored the handling of the usage configuration when switching models to make it more precise.

For models not owned by OpenAI: Previously, the usage setting was incorrectly reset. Now modified to: no usage reset operation is performed.
For models owned by OpenAI: Previously, it might have been reset unconditionally. Now modified to: When ownedBy is 'openai', the usage is automatically set to false only if the model itself does not support the usage setting (i.e., cannot have usage set to true). For OpenAI models that do support the usage setting, their current value is preserved.
