Additional Information

I am very sorry that I did not submit all the files in my previous commit. Because my editor seems to have missed this file when executing git commit. I apologize to Tim.

And the code has been tested, and I have https://heic.digital/samples/ and https://www.imagefilesize.com/sample/heic I downloaded multiple Heic files and images in other formats, and ensured that they all work according to their original functions.
