This pull request introduces the ability to specify OpenAI API configurations through an environment variable OPENAI_API_CONFIGS. This allows users to override the default configuration defined in the config.py file, providing more flexibility in connecting to different OpenAI API instances or using custom configurations. The value of this environment variable is parsed as a JSON object and used to populate the OPENAI_API_CONFIGS attribute.
