Changelog Entry

Description

Fixes issue where typing ``` followed by Shift+Enter would remove the backticks
when "Enter to Send" mode is enabled. Now preserves backticks and adds newline
as expected for manual code block creation.

Fixed

Modified the input handling logic in the message composer to correctly
preserve backticks when Shift+Enter is pressed with "Enter to Send" mode
enabled, ensuring proper newline insertion for manual code block creation.

Additional Information

Fixes #16337

Test Plan

Manually tested by typing three backticks (```) followed by Shift+Enter
with "Enter to Send" mode enabled. Verified that the backticks are preserved
and a new line is added.
