Installation Method

Docker Compose

Environment

  • Open WebUI Version: v0.5.14
  • Operating System: Ubuntu 24.04
  • Browser (if applicable): Safari/Chrome on iOS 16.4

Confirmation:

  • I have read and followed all the instructions provided in the README.md.
  • I am on the latest version of both Open WebUI and Ollama.
  • I have included the browser console logs.
  • I have included the Docker container logs.
  • I have provided the exact steps to reproduce the bug in the "Steps to Reproduce" section below.

Expected Behavior:

Be able to show the website

Actual Behavior:

Constantly reload and lead to this error

It works normally on Desktop Browser

Had the same issue and it works by clearing my cache or cookies. Not sure what a permanent solution would be, but with the new versions it seems to work fine.

I tried to use in incognito mode, still have the same issue.

I guess this is the issue, after new change on FE, it cause this issue

I'm not able to use call mode on iphone, tried clearing safari cache and tried chrome :(.
