addressing the issue, the newest version of langchain (v0.3.26) does not have error when parsing some pdfs.

Updated the langchain and langchain-community version to v0.3.26 in requirements.txt

Additional Information

With the previous version of langchain/langchain-community the default content extraction engine has errors when processing some pdfs
