Description

Fixed bug mentioned here: https://github.com/open-webui/open-webui/issues/15140 by adding 2 state variables and only calling onValueChange() if the user is not currently editing and the value is different from the one that was last synced. (To prevent infinite loop of updating causing the cursor to be stuck)

Modified the lib/components/common/RichTextInput.svelte to add 2 state variables and check their status before calling onValueChange().

Fixed

Fixed issue with moving around the cursor and editing the prompt view when there are more than 2 bullet points.
