  • Added Admin Settings toggle to always display welcome message on New Chats page, instead of model name

Additional Information

This will make Open WebUI feel more like ChatGPT, I believe it makes it feel more like a companion than a mere tool. I believe this can be further enhanced as well, but it's a start.

This time, I have included updated i18next locales.
