Changelog Entry

Description

At present the tabs under "Settings" don't have their own url. All of them appear under /admin/settings. Because of this, while running the frontend in development mode and working on changing some code/feature on any of these tabs, hot reloading makes the tab go back to "general" tab on every code change. It does not stay on the selected tab. This PR fixes this inconvenience by introducing dedicated url for each of them like /admin/settings/models, /admin/settings/documents and more
