Description

Currently, the logic of web search URL deduplication happens after loading web pages, which will potentially lead to mismatch between the length of docs and urls, leading to failures in generating collection names at: (urls[doc_idx] index out of range)

Fixed

Moved the URL deduplication step (urls = list(dict.fromkeys(urls))) to occur before loading documents, ensuring the length of urls matches the length of docs.
