Changelog Entry

Use logging.getLevelNamesMapping() for validating logging levels set from environment variables.

Description

Use logging.getLevelNamesMapping() for getting all valid logging levels. This also allows adding new ones using logging.addLevel(). This feature was added in Python 3.11 which is above the minimum supported Python version for open-webui.

Example output of the function:

>>> import logging
>>> logging.getLevelNamesMapping()
{'CRITICAL': 50, 'FATAL': 50, 'ERROR': 40, 'WARN': 30, 'WARNING': 30, 'INFO': 20, 'DEBUG': 10, 'NOTSET': 0}
