feat: Add configuration to switch the default knowledge base autoloading
It is possible to add a specified knowledge base to a specified user group and automatically load it by default without having to enter '#' in the input box to load it every time.

Create a Custom Model with the Knowledge Base
Go to Workspace > Models > + Add New Model.
