Expected Behavior

The API should return groups in SCIM format, even if member_ids is None, by treating it as an empty list.

Actual Behavior

returns HTTP 500 error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable SCIM with docker run -e SCIM_ENABLED=true -e SCIM_TOKEN=scimtoken ...
2. Create groups through the web UI (or have existing groups)
3. Query groups via SCIM API:

   curl -H "Authorization: Bearer scimtoken" \

4. Observe HTTP 500 error
