Description
The DeepSeek R1 model, which is designed to simulate a "thinking" process, is currently unable to generate appropriate titles for conversations in the Open Web UI environment. Instead of meaningful titles, conversations are consistently labeled with
<think>followed by repetitive phrases, as seen in the attached screenshot. This issue impacts usability as it makes it difficult to distinguish between conversations at a glance, especially when managing multiple threads. The problem seems to occur consistently with this model, even when the functionality to generate titles is expected.

Would appreciate guidance on whether this is a known issue or if there's a workaround to improve title generation. Thank you!

This was first logged to my knowledge in "Improve the chat titles #8895" but then it was converted this into a discussion
You can see the discussion here, it does include a work around.
