Expected Behavior

Working chat when enable Enforce Temporary Chat in temporally mode

p.s. when disable permssion generating images, user can generating images, permissions not working correctly ,
i think is generally problems with permissions

Actual Behavior

When force for group temporaay chat, communication with chat not working

Steps to Reproduce

Create group with permission forces temporally chat

Are you sure the user is in no group that ALLOWS him to generate images, or that the default user settings allow him to do it?

And clear cache.

Anyways cannot reproduce.
