Problem Description

I would like to request a feature that allows admin users to toggle the visibility of STT (Speech-to-Text) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) features in the interface. This would be helpful for users who do not use these features and want a cleaner interface.

Desired Solution you'd like

Add a toggle in the settings menu to enable or disable the display of buttons and options related to STT and TTS.
Ensure the toggle state persists across sessions. The "Record Voice", "Call", "Read Aloud" should be hidden when the toggle is enabled.

Users who do not require STT/TTS functionalities can streamline their UI experience.
Improves usability for individuals focusing solely on text-based interactions.

Alternatives Considered

This feature would complement the existing customization settings in the application.
