Feature Request

When I try to upload to Knowledge, sometimes I get errors with some files (for multiple reasons like the size is too big, or the file contains lots of words or something else), so it would be awesome if we have a GUI for the knowledge section that we can track for upload result, with a capacity of sorting by name/DateTime/size..., and some more details of processed/unprocessed files.

This feature can save us from spending hours comparing file bases to find out which one has failed.
