Feature Request

TL;DR: have a small on/off toggle for clipboard as file paste underneath input.

I love the clipboard as file feature (thanks again for adding that in!), but sometimes I need to paste text as is into the textbox without it being wrapped as an attachment and preprocessed for the AI; e.g. in-line to refer to it or to not have openwebui wrap the file attachment into tags etc.

a small toggle where currently "web search" and "code interpreter" sits would be amazing (if clipboard file feature is turned on), because currently if you want to paste without it being attached, you either need to adjust the global clipboard file attachment character limit or turn the feature off entirely temporarily, which is always an adventure to find where those settings are and you might forget it next time you want it back.

to clarify, in this row or inside the plus menu left from it:

thanks!

partially related to but not a duplicate of: #10966 because even if you try to reference it, most models take and run with it.

Dear lovely Developers of OI, could the Code Interpreter please be turned off or on via the environment varibles from the beginning? People are freaking out here as not knowing what to do with it..you know what I mean ;)
