Description:
When I paste formatted text (e.g. from LinkedIn conversation) into the chat input field:

The UI becomes unresponsive
Can't type or edit text
Have to press Send button to reset

Steps to reproduce:

Copy formatted text from LinkedIn
Paste it into chat input
Try to type something

Expected behavior:
Should allow to edit pasted text without issues

Hi

In the GitHub chat, formatting is automatically removed, so my text here will not give you the opportunity to test this.

After pasting, the formatting in the OpenWebUI chat is saved. And that's why I can't move to the next line with SHIFT pressed, for example. The space bar stops working. CTRL + A stops working as well.
