Title: Feature Request: Image-Based Document Retrieval Support

Description:
Hello OpenWebUI Team,

I would like to request a new feature for OpenWebUI: Image-Based Document Retrieval.
Currently, OpenWebUI lacks the ability to retrieve documents containing or similar to a provided image. This feature could be useful for tasks like:

  • Identifying documents with the exact image.
  • Searching for documents with visually similar images.
  • Enhancing multimodal document analysis.

Proposed Implementation:

  • Accept image inputs in the chat.
  • Perform image similarity search against the document database.
  • Return documents containing or closely matching the provided image.

Use Case Example:
A user uploads an image of a system architecture. OpenWebUI retrieves documents containing the same or structurally similar images and provides contextual insights.

Impact:

  • Expands OpenWebUI’s capabilities in multimodal retrieval.
  • Useful for researchers and data analysis workflows.
