I would like an environmental key for the Default Image Engine. Right now when I restart Open WebUI it defaults to Automatic1111. I want to use cumfyUI, but it defaults to Automatic1111.

Describe the solution you'd like
add the environmental key: DEFAULT_IMAGE_ENGINE . This mirrors the DEFAULT_MODELS environmental key.
