[Open webui don't seems to load documents for RAG]

Environment

Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04
Browser (if applicable): [Edge]

Reproduction Details

Confirmation:

I have read and followed all the instructions provided in the README.md.
I am on the latest version of both Open WebUI and Ollama.
I have included the browser console logs.
I have included the Docker container logs.

Additional Information

Ollama is running with Llama 2 and i,m able to check it throug the Ollama ip address. I can chat with my model in Open Webui but i cannot upload any document and ask questions.

When i try to upload a document in the documents section nothing happends
