Description

detailsTokenizer had no this binding, so marked never injected the lexer. The returned token lacked a tokens array, so MarkdownTokens.svelte called marked.lexer(decode(token.text)) inline in the template at two spots, re-lexing every <details> block on every render.

This lines detailsTokenizer up with colonFenceTokenizer and every other block extension: pre-lex inner content once at tokenize time using this.lexer.blockTokens(), then pass token.tokens straight through in the template.
