Failed to load function modulelog spam in the backend when imported or custom models requested tools or filters that the user did not have installed locally.Changed
get_all_modelsinbackend/open_webui/utils/models.pyto cross-reference requested action and filter IDs against actual installed database items before attempting to cache them. Missing items are now gracefully ignored.Fixed
