Add get_performance_metrics_by_model() DB method
Extend ModelAnalyticsEntry with avg_ttft_ms, avg_tokens_per_second, error_rate
Update /analytics/models endpoint to populate per-model performance
Add TTFT, Token/s, Errors columns to Model Usage table with sort support
