Description

If you toggled two filters on and then removed the first one, the remaining icon would show the wrong filter's icon.

The {#each selectedFilterIds} block in MessageInput.svelte had no key set. Without a key, Svelte reuses DOM nodes by index when the array shrinks, which can leave the {@const filter} binding stale. Adding (filterId) as a key fixes it so each node is tracked by ID, not position. This matches how IntegrationsMenu.svelte already handles the same loop.
