Changelog Entry

Description

scrollToBottom() runs on every streaming token. Each call forces a layout reflow via await tick() + scrollHeight read. Tokens often arrive faster than the browser can paint (60fps), so most of these reflows are wasted.

Wrapped the two streaming call sites with a requestAnimationFrame guard so we scroll at most once per frame. Same pattern already used in Markdown.svelte for token parsing. All non-streaming scroll calls stay as-is.
