The function get_filtered_models is called in two code paths, each time after get_all_models.
Since get_all_models already loads all model details from the database, loading the details again in get_filtered_models is redundant.
In our system with 400+ models, this change saves approximately 100ms–200ms per call to /api/models.

We've deployed this change to our production system today.
