Description

After a recent refactor (6719558), clicking on "View Result from ToolName" in chat no longer expands to show the tool call input/output. The refactor added logic to disable Collapsible when <details> has empty body text, but tool calls always have empty body text since they store everything in attributes. One-line fix to skip that check for tool_calls.

Tested manually — tool call collapsibles expand/collapse correctly after the fix.
