Changelog Entry

Description

Adds a search bar to the Admin Settings sidebar that allows administrators to quickly filter and navigate to specific settings categories. This improves discoverability when managing the growing number of admin configuration options.

The sidebar navigation is now data-driven with rich keyword metadata, enabling fuzzy filtering by both category titles and related terms (e.g., searching "whisper" highlights Audio, "rag" highlights Documents).

Data-driven settings navigation array with keyword metadata for each category

Refactored sidebar tab rendering to use a filterable allSettings array
Extracted anonymous wheel event listener to named function for proper cleanup
