Description:
When image generation is enabled, skip the "Model is not vision capable" warning. This prevents false-positive errors when:

Sending follow-up messages after generated images are in the chat history
Intentionally sending images to non-vision models for image editing
Fixes the issue where generated images in assistant messages would trigger vision capability validation on subsequent messages.
