Description

Improve tool selection prompt quality by preserving non-ASCII characters when serializing tool specifications. This change avoids converting Chinese text into Unicode escape sequences, making logs more readable and improving LLM comprehension and tool selection accuracy.

Tool specifications are now serialized with json.dumps(..., ensure_ascii=False) to preserve original non-ASCII (e.g. Chinese) characters.

Fixed

Fixed an issue where Chinese descriptions in tool specs were escaped into Unicode sequences, negatively impacting LLM understanding and reducing tool selection accuracy.
