实现九天平台多智能体协作功能，包括：

新增多智能体模式开关和模型选择器组件
添加九天平台API配置和工具函数
实现多智能体消息展示和流式响应处理
集成九天平台路由和模型管理接口
支持多模型协同生成回答

新增功能允许用户选择多个AI模型协同工作，提供更全面的回答。包含前端UI组件、后端API路由和工具函数，支持配置验证、JWT生成和流式响应处理。
