Description
Enable individual tool selection for tool servers in the chat interface, allowing users to selectively enable/disable specific tools from tool servers
Providing more granular control over which specific tools are enabled during a chat session
Users can now mix and match tools from different tool servers without having to enable entire servers
The selected tool configurations are preserved per chat session (currently still in the session/local storage)

Support for granular tool selection from tool servers
Persistence of selected tool server specs in chat data
Filter mechanism to only send enabled tool server specs to the backend
Tool server filtering logic before API requests

Modified tool count display to show selected tools count instead of available tools
