Changelog Entry

Description

This PR continues the ongoing work to provide full, consistent Irish language support in Open WebUI by updating new strings & updating some existing strings. Some strings were edited for improved translation quality and more appropriate use of Irish terminology.

Additional Information

This PR updates the Irish (Gaeilge) translations in ga.json.

124 new strings translated into Irish.
~180 existing strings updated, including replacing "Munla" with "Samhail" for consistency across the UI.
Minor improvements to phrasing and consistency for clarity and accuracy.

Purpose
These updates aim to improve translation quality, maintain terminology consistency, and cover newly added UI strings since the last update.
