Description

Currently, the open webui worked with qdrant in this way, that each collection is prefixed with the fix string open-webui. If ENABLE_QDRANT_MULTITENANCY_MODE is enabled, and several instances of owui use the same qdrant cluster, all the documents of all owui instances will land in the same collection, what is not always wanted.

To avoid this, the new option QDRANT_COLLECTION_PREFIX can be used to define the prefix for the qdrant collections on an owui instance level. Different instances can use different prefixed, what end up in having different collections in qdrant then.

This is even useful for the non-multitenancy mode, because by providing different prefixes for different owui instances, it is clear then in qdrant what document belongs to what instance of owui.

This change is fully backward compatible, as the default prefix stays the same.

The Changes to the documentation is already prepared, and as soon as this PR gets merged, I'll push it then.
