Description
Added a modal on click of an entry in the Leaderboard viewer to allow users to see aggregated tags. I plan to add more details if this initial code looks okay.

I added a new file called LeaderboardModal.svelte in the lib/components/admin/Evaluations directory to maintain the component level code design.

I modified the Leaderboard.svelte file in lib/components/admin/Evaluation to import the new modal, add a new function for opening the modal, some additional variables, and a line to display the modal itself.
