Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using TTS it reads every bullet point as the word asterisk and sometimes skips the header title after it. This applies to all sub bullet points as well.

Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to remove bullet point formatting and maybe replace with numbered formatting as numbered formatting appears to work.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
