This pull request modifies the chatTileInputKeydownHandler in lib/components/layout/Sidebar/ChatItem.svelte to resolve the error message appearing twice and an empty title string.

Fixed issue where the error message appears twice on an empty chat title, and an error message appears when renaming with a non-empty title.
