Changelog Entry

Description

Since the trailing slash is removed from the URL when saving the connection, the test connection will fail for providers whose API URLs end with a slash. This fix will also remove the trailing slash when the connection is tested.
Example: https://generativelanguage.googleapis.com/v1beta/openai/ will become https://generativelanguage.googleapis.com/v1beta/openai//models, which will cause the test to fail.
It appears that Gemini now supports model listing. For more information, see: https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/openai#list-models

Fixed

Removes the ending slash when testing openai and ollama api url.
