When prompting, it is hard to be aware of what is really inside the context window between each step of a discussion with LLM's

Describe the solution you'd like
Having a more visual display for this. With size, fill % and content (that could be edited and copied)

Describe alternatives you've considered
After some discussion interactions, I collect main ideas and clear prompt from previous into new chat

Additional context

it would be nice to add a menu item on the right bottom corner close to "?"
Or even a jauge to modify "context size" related to selected model
